Why You Should Help A Loved One Give Up Smoking

What it comes to our health most of us know what we should be doing to stay healthy, but that doesn’t mean that we actually do it! We all know that we should be eating well, exercising often and of course that smoking is no good for us! The problem is that something like smoking is very addictive and can be hard to give up. That said, none of us want to see a loved one become ill so you should really do what you can to ensure that they give up. The good news is that there are lots of persuasive things you can use to help encourage them to give up this horrible habit.

The Smell of Smoke

If someone smokes indoors then the smell of smoke can linger long after they have finished their cigarette. Even if someone smokes outside the smell of smoke can linger on clothing – and once it’s gone stale it really is unpleasant. If you can encourage them to try electronic cigarettes then this will eradicate that problem.

No More Mess

I am sure we all know that smoking is messy – with cigarette butts being left behind and ash being flicked everywhere. The good news is that electronic cigarettes don’t have any of this so that is another reason why switching to vaping can benefit everyone.

You Stink!

I am sure most of us know that smoking causing your breath to smell. Do you really want to kiss a loved one or get up close and personal when their breath smells so terrible? Probably not! As I am sure you know, vaping doesn’t contain smoke and therefore your breath will stay nice and fresh!


If you’re on a strict household budget then why not show your partner how much they could save by giving up this habit?
